Blueberry Chocolate Oat Breakfast Smoothie with overnight Oat Option

Why not have a delicious dessert kind of breakfast? 

This Blueberry chocolate oats can be blended into a smoothie or made with overnight oats too.

Lemon brightens the flavor of the blueberry, making the chocolate just yummy! Try warming the milk for a filling & fueling hot chocolate on a cold day.

To make the overnight oats version

use a 1/2 cup Quaker Oats in place of the raw rolled oats. Leave out the coconut flour as you will not need it, it acts as a binder for blending. Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours. 

Blueberries and Lemons are great smart food, loaded with anti-oxidants, providing a lot of energy this combination makes this recipe a great pair with a smart product.  Did you know that just by having breakfast it starts your bodies metabolism. A huge sit down meal or sugar coated cereal are not the answer for a breakfast meal. Keep it below 400 calories & plenty of protein, opt for Greek yogurt if you like yogurt it’s higher in protein!
