Blueberry Peach Cobbler Smoothie – Nice Cream – Recipe & Benefits

Absolutely delicious! Forget the cobbler & indulge with this healthy option. My favorite is having it as nice cream. I’ll share how this recipe can easily be used for both.

First of all smoothies or nice cream are a great way to crush any sweet cravings that we get. They fuel us with nutrients often skipped during our day. Providing energy & fullness they make for a great snack or breakfast. With endless combinations to keep our taste buds entertained.

Lets start with a few fun nutrition facts that blueberries & peaches provide. These are based off of daily value.

A cup of blueberries contains:

  • 24% Vitamin C
  • 2% Iron
  • 5% Vitamin B-6
  • 2% Magnesium
  • 1.1 gram Protein
  • 3.6 gram Fiber
  • 114 mg Potassium
