Apple Pie Sundae

  • If you like apple pie you will Love this Sundae recipe! This version is almost guilt free. Eliminate the waffle cookie for lowest calories.

  • This Saturday Splurge contains these ingredients:
  • 2 scoops frozen vanilla yogurt placed in waffle bowl
  • blend the following ingredients:
  • 2 scoops frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1 serving Smart Coffee 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg (half the 1/4 tsp)
  • 1/2 cup canned apples or fresh apple chopped before blending
  • Caramel Waffle Cookie on the top & whip cream if you like!
  • Pour blended portion over the 2 scoops waiting in the bowl & enjoy!
