Pineapple Vegetable Twist Smoothie
A smoothie so delicious you’ll forget there’s vegetables in it! Also great since kids love smoothies.
What vegetable is blended in this fruity smoothie? Carrots! Why? Carrots contain vitamin C, protein, & potassium, making them a great addition to the sweet pineapple. Carrots also have beta-carotene. This converts into vitamin A when the body processes it. A lack of vitamin A can attribute to dry skin, hair, & nails. & yes it CAN help eyesight!
Bananas contain a good amount of Vitamin B-6 helping maintain a healthy nervous system. They are higher in vitamin B-6 than potassium.
Did you know that pineapple contains more potassium than bananas! Both carrots & pineapple are a great source of fiber too. Who ever said fiber had to be boring. lol

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup carrot juice or slice & steam a carrot to blend in
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 banana
- 1 smart product
