- blend the following ingredients:

- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Dash nutmeg (half the 1/4 tsp)
- 1/2 cup canned apples or fresh apple chopped before blending
- Caramel Waffle Cookie on the top & whip cream if you like!
